Symptoms

JD Edwards Solution Explorer pop up "No local web solution for HTML engine installed" when launching Tools - EnterpriseOne Menu on fat Client after upgrade to tools release 9.2.9.0 or higher.

Steps below were run to configure web development on fat client:

1. Development Client Installation Guide > Configuring the Web Client (Tools Release 9.2.9)
2. Server Manager Guide > Development HTML Server (Release 9.2.9).

Changes

Upgrade to tools release 9.2.9.0 or higher.
