E1: 31B: Create/Edit Operation Detail - P31B87 Doubles the After Actual Volume for Bottling Operation when Using Two Different Tanks in the From Vessel Form (Doc ID 3055011.1)

Symptoms

When having a bottling operation set with Distribution Method to 'Equal' and using 2 different tanks in the From Vessel section, the system calculates the quantities moved incorrectly. The first movement done from the first tank has the After Actual Volume doubled and the second movement has the After Planned Volume increased incorrectly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. P31B94 - Find 2 R2TV operations.
2. P31B94 – Create a bottling (BOTT) operation with 2 different tanks. Find the 2 previous tanks having some wine received on the previous R2TV operations. Make sure the Distribution Method for BOTT operation is set to 'Equal'.
3. P31B87 - In the From Vessel add the previous 2 tanks. Once the system generates the Bottling Vessel number, click on Calculate Move button and see that for both tanks, the Planned Move Quantity is e.g. 100 (GA).
4. P31B87 - In the Movement Detail tab select the first Vessel No. After volume shows the Planned Volume = 100 and Actual Volume = 0 (GA)
5. P31B87 - In the Movement Detail tab select the second Vessel No. After volume shows the Planned Volume = 200 and Actual Volume = 0 (GA)
6. P31B87 - Select the first Vessel Number and take Bott Vessel Detail button.
7. P31B26 - Add the Actual Quantity Produced = 200 (GA). Hit Save and Close button.
8. P31B87 - In the Movement Detail section click on Calculate Move button. Notice that for the first movement, the After Planned Volume is calculated to 100 and After Actual Volume is set to 200 (GA). This is incorrect because the After Actual Volume should only be set to 100 GA.
9. P31B87 - Moving to the next/second movement, notice that After Planned Volume is calculated to 300 and After Actual Volume is set to 0 (GA). This is incorrect too.
10. P31B87 - The Operation Totals section shows the Quantity Moved = 200 (GA) and the Operation Gain/Loss = 100 (GA) or 50 %. This is also incorrect.
