E1: 40G: Grower Harvest and Weigh Tag Receipt Operations - P40G30 Allows Closing the FARM Operation Even if Consumable Item's Quantity On Hand Goes Negative (Doc ID 3055063.1)

Symptoms

If a consumable item is set on a FARM operation on at least 2 different lines, using the same Lot / Location, even if there is not enough quantity on hand for the entire committed quantity, the system allows closing the FARM operation without triggering the expected hard error ID 31B2 – ‘Closure will cause negative inventory’.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. P4101 – Create a consumable item (Stk Ty = P, Ln Ty = S).
2. P4114 - Adjust a quantity of e.g. 100 EA in stock for the consumable item.
3. P41202 – Review the item availability. LOTx has On Hand quantity = Available quantity = 100 EA.
4. P31B94 – Create a FARM operation.
5. P40G30 – Set the Operation Status to ACTIVE, add the Harvest details.
6. P40G30 – In the Consumables tab add the same consumable item twice:
   - line 1: Item Number = consumable item, Winery A, Location .., Lot Number = LOTx, Quantity = 50 EA.
   - line 2: Item Number = consumable item, Winery A, Location .., Lot Number = LOTx, Quantity = 100 EA.
   For the second line, the system triggers the warning Error ID 31B1 - 'Insufficient Quantity Available'. This is the correct / expected behavior because the total required quantity 150 EA is greater than the existing OH quantity of 100 EA. Save the operation.
7. P31B94 – Select the Grower operation and hit View Operation button.
8. P40G30 - Set the Operation Status of the FARM operation to CLOSED and hit Save and Continue button. Notice the system does not display the warning ID 31B1 anymore.
9. P31B94 – Review the Operation Status of the FARM operation. It is set to 4 – Closed status. This is incorrect because the operation closure should have been prevented and the system should have trigger the hard error ID 31B2 – ‘Closure will cause negative inventory’.
10. P41202 – Check the Item Availability and notice that the system shows the LOTx with the On Hand quantity = - 50 EA and Available quantity = - 50 EA. This is incorrect. 
    As per 9.2 Enhancement Bug 26431977 - INVENTORY COMMITMENTS OF ADDITIVES AND CONSUMABLES, if the inventory goes negative, the system should not allow the operation closure.
