Goal

Sometimes we need to provide a salesperson with an item at no price that they can give to a customer as a free sample.

Can you provide steps on how to create a sales order for a Free Sample to display a price of zero while still populating the item cost on the sales order line but display the price on the Order Acknowledgement PDF sent to the customer?
