When trying to associate a logic extension from a form extension, the Next button to Define Inputs is not available, hence the process cannot be completed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an application from web client
2. Add a form extension
3. Add a button and Associate Logic Extension
4. Select the logic extension --> Next button is greyed out, cannot go further to Define Inputs and complete the process
