Invalid links are included into the emails sent either for workflow approvals or by PPAT messages from a single environment only.
When the email is viewed in Outlook on Web Application (OWA), the Shortcut Launcher URL is shown as text and is not formatted as hyperlink as noted below:

When viewing the email in Outlook or any other email client, the link looks like a hyperlink, but nothing is happening when clicking on hyperlink:
