Symptoms

P30204 Work with components PL to PL (parts list) comparison program to display BOM items that are different displays incorrect results.

Steps:

1. P4101/P41026 – Create a parent and component items.
2. P3002 – Create a BOM. Some of the BOM items are defined several times in the BOM list.
3. P3003 – Create a routing.
4. P48013 – Create 2 work orders for the same order quantities (10).
5. R31410 – Attach parts list and routing. WO parts list shows same quantities for the BOM items for both the orders.
6. P30204 – Setup processing options to compares WO parts list. Inquire on the orders and observe some of the BOM items are displayed with incorrect quantities.
