Symptoms

After taking the August update, the 09-H2 the new tax is incorrectly adjusting the total YTD wages at the new tax rate, regardless of the SUI self-adjust flag setup in company options. The tax rate is, however, correctly calculating at the new rate.

Steps to duplicate:
1. Find an employee with Tax Area (Residence) & (Work) = 09
2. Generate H2 historical records for January to July 2024
3. From P05001C set SUI / SDI / CPP / QPP / EI Calculation Flag = 0 Self-adjust.
4. From P07210I run a test for Jun 2024 notice the H2 tax rate that calculates.
5. From P07210I run a test for July or August 2024 notice the H2 tax rate that calculates.
6, Notice the 09-H2 the new tax is incorrectly adjusting the total YTD wages at the new tax rate, regardless of the SUI self-adjust flag setup in company options.
