Symptoms

Speed Quality Results (P9831B) is not saving test results when updating a QA Operation.  Users enter the test result values and save and close out of Speed QA - P31B98.  View the operation to confirm the results were entered, and all the results are blank.

After editing the operation with Speed QA a second time has different outcomes.  Sometimes it will save a few of the results, sometimes all, and sometimes none

Steps to duplicate:

  1. Create a QA Operation P31B94
  2. Add QA Results to Operation using Speed QA - P31B98
  3. Enter Test Results Values in the QA Grid
  4. Click Save and Close Button, returns to P31B94 – Operations Search
  5. View Operation by clicking Configured Op Description
  6. QA results not saved to grid:
