Symptoms

Report Definitions having the printer or email bursting/delivery enabled are shown with FL (Language Unavailable) status when they are submitted by some of the users. However, the output can be downloaded and viewed.

Also, the XMLP Publisher kernel log shows the following message:

Steps to replicate
1. Login with the user having a different language in user profile, other than English
2. Submit the respective report which has the Report Definition attached
3. After the Report Definition processing ends successfully, open P95630 and notice that the status of the Report Definition job is FL (Language Unavailable). However, the output can be downloaded and viewed
