Symptoms

R47171 EDI Inbound Demand does not create F40R11 records if there are 2 F47171 detail records with same item and dates. All other F40R data is created.

Replication Steps:

1) P47171. Create EDI data such that there are 2 F47172 demand detail records for the same item and dates with different quantities.
2) Run R47171 over the data.
3) P40R10. Check demand header and one record was created.
4) P40R10. Check demand detail and no records were created.
