E1: 37: Test Results Revisions (P3711) Slow Performance With Multiple Records in F3711 (Doc ID 3059408.1)

Symptoms

When there are a large number of records in the Test Results Table (e.g., millions of records in F3711), adding or making an update to an existing record in Test Results Revisions (P3711) results in degraded performance.

1. Precondition: table F3711 has millions of records.
2. Inquire on an existing entry in Test Results Revisions (P3711).
3. Select the record and make any change to the grid.
4. Click save; notice that the system can take close to two minutes to process. The same issue can occur when adding a new test result.

The issue may be related to not having the exact table index match for F3711.
