JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Inventory Management - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
The client sells items with a Primary UOM of EA and Pricing UOM of PK with 1 PK = 25 EA but they only sell by the PK.
If they have 30 EA available and create a Sales Order for 2 PK, the order is split as follows:
- Quantity Shippable = 1.2 PK
- Quantity Backordered = 0.8 PK
The client has to ship in full packs and does not want sales orders created to ship a fraction of a pack.
How can they set the system up so that it will not commit a fraction of a pack to a customer order?
