E1: 44H: Enhancement Request for an Integrity Report Comparing the Lot Start Workfile (F44H711) and Purchase Order Detail (F4311) tables
(Doc ID 3061179.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 27, 2024
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Homebuilder - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In the Homebuilder module, (system 44H), records related to purchase orders are created in the F44H711 Lot Start Workfile (LSWF) when processing the R44H700 - Lot Start Workfile Generation UBE. When the R44H7113 - Generate Homebuilder Commitments UBE is processed for these F44H711 records, related Purchase Order (PO) records are created in the F4301/F4311 Purchase Order Header and Detail tables.
There are times when the PO and LSWF tables do not match, (ie: a PO is still in the F4301/F4311 but does not appear in F44H711), creating an integrity issue. When this happens, users have to manually go to PO Entry (P4310) to update or cancel the purchase order. This can cause duplicate purchase orders and therefore lead to duplicate payments if these situations are not identified in time.
To help identify these situations so preventative measures can be taken, an integrity report over F4311 & F44H711 table data is needed.
