Symptoms

The Inventory Transfer (P4113) application has the following processing option that provides user control related to the Lot Status of the From/To locations.

5. Lot Status Default

Blank = Default the lot status from the
'From' location to 'To' location.
1 = Do not default the lot status from the
'From' location to the 'To' location,
when the 'To' location lot status is not approved.
2 = Do not default the lot status from the
'From' location to the 'To' location.

There are no settings, processing options or other control methods available in Location Selection Driver (R46171) or Putaway Confirmation (P4617) similar to the Lot Status Default processing option available in P4113.

A method to control how or if the Lot Status Code value that exists on the 'From' location is carried forward to the 'To' location when creating the Putaway Suggestion or when Confirming the Suggestion is needed.
