Symptoms

From extension does not work in Expense Reports application , P09E2011 W09E2011D.
When trying to add a form extension in P09E2011 W09E2011D, the Form Extension Manager does not load, but the buttons on the form are on Editing mode.
Hence no form extension can be defined, but not further work on the application, as it is in editing mode.

When the user clicks on the form extension button the form changes to editing mode but the form extension side menu does not appear.
The user is then stuck in the editing mode of that form and he is forced to sign out from JDE in order to close this app and form.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Expense Reports application, P09E2011
2. Go to Import New Report - form W09E2011D
3. Click on Form Extension button - form is in editing mode but no Form Extension Manager available to further work with
