Symptoms
After upgrading to tools release 9.2.8.3, user is unable to see notification messages from the Bell icon.
It successfully updates the notification bell message number but there are no messages appearing when user click on the Bell icon.
The error "Message.populateDataTables(): java.lang.NullPointerException" can be seen in the AIS User Specific Debug Log:
Steps to duplicate:
- User sign on to the web client.
- Under Bell Icon.
- See an empty notification. No message when click on the empty message.
