E1: 47: EDI Inbound Purchase Order Edit/Create (R47011) Fails to Place Sales Order On Hold (Doc ID 3062606.1)

Symptoms

After populating the Hold Orders Code in the EDI Purchase Order Header - Inbound (F47011.HOLD) and running EDI Inbound Purchase Order Edit/Create (R47011) the sales order is created but is not put on hold. The Sales Order Header Hold Code (F4201.HOLD) is blank and there is no record created in the Held Orders Table (F4209).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Populate the EDI Inbound Purchase Order tables (F47011 and F47012).
    • Populate the Hold Orders Code in the EDI Purchase Order Header - Inbound (F47011.HOLD).
  2. Run EDI Inbound Purchase Order Edit/Create (R47011.
    • The report PDF shows Sales Order is created.
    • Note the Sales Order number.
  3. Find the Sales Order in Customer Service Inquiry (P4210).
    • The Hd Cd (Hold Code) field is blank.
    • The EDI order did not go on hold.
