Symptoms

Whenever an exception occurs on AIS server into a newly created environment, the following error is recorded into the AIS e1root log file

Opening P980060X will show the application header (there is no blank screen), but no data is displayed.

Step to replicate
1. From Orchestrator Studio, try to run an Orchestration which is known that will raise an exception (e.g. don't provide all the arguments required for the Orchestration to run)
2. After the exception is shown in Orchestrator Studio, check the AIS e1root log and notice that the above errors are logged.

Changes

A new environment has been created and the issue occurs only in the environment which has been created.
