Symptoms
After implementing a new division on E1 9.2, Users are randomly getting Record Invalid (0002) errors when processing purchasing, inventory and work order inquiries.
Record Invalid (Error ID 0002)
CAUSE . . . . The record being processed either already exists for an 'ADD' function or does not exist for an 'INQUIRY', 'CHANGE' or 'DELETE' function.
RESOLUTION. . If you are attempting to inquire, change or delete a record you previously added, there may be data base problems in your production library. You should notify your data processing.

- The issue cannot be reproduced at will and is intermittent.
- The issue was first discovered on the day of go-live with the new division which was on August 2024.
- The issue only occurs with warehouse users who use the same user ID to sign in to the JD Edwards client and to a 3rd Party RF Scanner Device.
- In warehouses where no RF Scanners are used, the issue never occurs.
