E1: 13: 17: Request to Have Inventory GL Reconciliation - P41500 and Automatic Inventory to G/L Reconciliation Report - R41500 Not to Show False Variance Between Cardex and G/L for Service or Equipment Work Orders (Doc ID 3063619.1)

Symptoms

Currently, batch R41500 - Automatic Inventory to G/L Reconciliation Report and application P41500 - Inventory GL Reconciliation show false variance between the files F4111 and F0911 for service orders or equipment work orders for their related material issues transactions.

For a service order or CAM / equipment work order, the system displays unrelated work order Material Issues (IM) transactions as being out of balance because application Work Order Issue - P31113 creates an IM journal entry with the same document number (F0911.DOC) as a manufacturing / production work order Issue that is processed through Manufacturing Accounting UBE - R31802A.
This occurs when the F3106 - WO Cross Reference File is populated with records created during MFG Accounting process (R31802A, R31804) or service orders (i.e. F3106.DCT = SV) creation.

The system was designed to check if there are any existing records in F3106 file, and if there are, the report R41500 or application P41500 will use a Document Number (DOC) to select the Account Ledger (F0911) records. Because the R41500 / P41500 do not consider the Document Type in F3106, the system is fetching non-material issue documents from F3106 even if the corresponding document number happens to be from an unrelated IM transaction in F0911 coming from a different WO.

There is a business requirement to have a process flow created for differentiating and bypassing the false variance between F4111 and F0911 details for the service orders or CAM work orders from the real / actual variance.
The desired outcome would be not to have the R41500 or P41500 comparing the non-inventory document types from F3106 with inventory document types in Cardex and GL.
