Symptoms

Sales Order Entry (P4210) errors 008U and 0970 when reducing the quantity of line item that has two adjustments. The first adjustment is set to override price and the second adjustment is mandatory. ID 008U for "No price found for mandatory adjustment" and ID 097O for "DetermineSOMBFPricing process failed". 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create item and branch master with unit price set to 1309.63
  2. Branch/Plant Constants - Pricing Constants Advanced Sales Pricing (Y/N) = Y
  3. Work with Adjustment Schedules (P4070) Create schedule.
  4. Enter Price Adjustment Definition (P4071) for two adjustments
    First:
    Target Application Sales
    Adjustment Control Code 1
    Line Level Adjustment selected
    Override Price set on
    Apply on Override Price set on
    Quantity Level Break selected
    Second:
    Target Application Sales
    Adjustment Control Code 2
    Line Level Adjustment selected
    Mandatory Adjustment set on
    Apply on Override Price set on
    Amount Level Break selected
  5. Enter Work with Adjustment Detail (P4072) for both
    First:
    I have mine set to customer for simplicity.
    Threshold UM EA
    From Level -1000000
    Factor Value Numeric 250.
    BC = 1
    Second:
    I have mine set to customer for simplicity.
    From Level 3200.
    Factor Value Numeric BLANK
    BC = 2
  6. Enter sales order (P4210)
    quantity 3 EA Unit Price 3274.0750 Extended Price 9822.23
    Accept order and no errors.
  7. Inquire on order and change quantity to 1 and the following errors are generated:
    ID 008U for "No price found for mandatory adjustment" and ID 097O for "DetermineSOMBFPricing process failed".
