Symptoms
New issues after applying Enh 36494602 - EFW2 FOR GUAM ENABLE USE OF FEDERAL A OR 66 F TO CREATE RO AND RU RECORDS
1. A separate RU record is created for employees with no medicare deductions apart from the RU record created for employees with medicare deductions.
2. Errors on position 188-198 of the RW segment. The Wages, Tips and Other Compensation field must be zero because it does not apply to the Tax Jurisdiction Code entered in the RE record. Either enter a value of zero in the Wages, Tips and Other Compensation field or change the Tax Jurisdiction Code in the RE record to blank *new issue
3. Errors on position 199-209 of the RW segment. The Federal Income Tax Withheld field must be zero because it does not apply to the Tax Jurisdiction Code entered in the RE record. Either enter a value of zero in the Federal Income Tax Withheld field or change the Tax Jurisdiction Code in the RE record to blank. *new issue
4. Amount on position 10-24 should be zero in the RT segment. The Wages, Tips and Other Compensation field must be zero because it does not apply to the Tax Jurisdiction Code entered in the RE record. Either enter a value of zero in the Wages, Tips and Other Compensation field or change the Tax Jurisdiction Code in the RE record to blank. *new issue
