Symptoms
When employee has a 9 digit geocode which all of our employees have due to the local taxes for OR Supportive Housing to calculate correctly. Therefore these employees who have the 9 digit local tax area at the employee level are not having the H1 tax type calculate and should as it was doing so with the November monthly update.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install December Vertex Monthly update.
2. Run payroll for an employee with 9 digit tax area codes.
3. Notice tax type H1 is not calculating.
