Location Redefinition Update (P41822 / R41821)is NOT considering Data Selection Branch and updating other Branch Plants.

Steps
1. Create 4 Branch Plants P41001
 Define Location Format Specification Length  
 BP 4308 should be 2.3.2 the other three BP(4411-4304-4308) 3.2.2
2. BP 4411 is the Model BP
3. Define UDC 41/LU  for F4100 Special Handling Code = 10
4. Add master location P4100  records for BP 4304 and 4305
5. Create a version of R41821 and have it called from P41822
6. R41821 Data Select on BP 4304
7. In P41821 inquire on Model BP 4411 and define characters
8. Form Exit Submit
9. Inquire on P4100 notice BP 4304 was updated to 3.2.2 as expected
10. Inquire on P4100 for BP 4305 notice it was also updated as unexpected
