Symptoms

Object Management Workbench (OMW) logging for Data Dictionary (DD) error messages incorrectly shows "From Data Source" and "To Data Source" = "Business Data - TEST", but they should show "Data Dictionary - 920".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Access OMW on Fat/Dev Client
2. Add a Data Dictionary (DD) to a project
3. Highlight DD item
4. Select Design
5. Back out of Design
6. Select Row > Logging
7. Select Find
8. Object Management Workbench - [Worth With Object Logs] with Action = 10 (Design) and Program ID = P98220 shows "Business Data - TEST" in both the From Data Source and To Data Source fields.
9. From Data Source and To Data Source fields should say Data Dictionary - 920.
