E1: 46: 49: Manual Picking Location Planner (P4600) Creates Incorrect Suggestions (Doc ID 3067448.1)

Symptoms

The system created 3 incorrect suggestion records in P4617, even if there is a single receipt record and 2 picking requests in P4602.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a purchase order (P4310) for 20 ea, without to select location and lot.
2. Create a version of P4312 with the following processing options setup: Tab 6-Warehousing, 1. Putaway Mode = 3 (Do not create request, receive goods directly).
3. Use the P4312 version and create 4 receipts in the same fix Location (9.B.7) and the same lot (AP3) for the purchase order quantity, but at different dates, as the following: 30/09/2023 = 3 Qty, 30/01/2024 = 5 Qty, 30/05/2024 = 2 Qty, 30/09/2024 = 10 Qty.
4. Check P4602 (Location Detail Maintenance) and note that the system created 4 records for those 4 receipts.
5. Create a transportation sales order (P4210) with 2 lines for the same item but different quantities ( 5 ea and 11 ea). Select same location (9.B.7) and lot (AP3) for both lines. Save.
6. The system created different shipment number for each line.
7. Set processing options for P4915 (Work with shipments) as the following: tab Approval, 3.Warehouse Request Processing Mode = 1 Generate request only
8. Run P4915 and Approve both shipment numbers of the sales order.
9. Run R46820 (Build Location) process for item.
10. Check P4602 and note that the system consolidated the 4 records in a single record, for all the quantity.
11. Run P4600 ZJDE0002 (Picking Request Inquiry). The system created 2 requests for the lines of the sales order. Take Row exit and select Manual Picking Location Planer for each request.
12. Check P4617 (Warehouse Confirmations) and note that the system created 3 suggestions, instead to create only 2. In P4602, there is a single receipt record and 2 picking requests. However, the system created 3 suggestion records in P4617.
