E1: 44H: UDOs / E1 Pages (P98220U) and Fast Path to P44H601X Produces Error Message "E1PAGE (E1P_1608020018JDE_44H) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO" (Doc ID 3067474.1)

Symptoms

Following upgrade to the 9.2.9.1 Tools Release, Homebuilder system 44H E1 Pages / UDOs are generating Error Messages "E1PAGE (E1P_1608020018JDE_44H / E1P_1608020019JDE_44H / E1P_1608020020JDE_44H) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO".

The error shows after you click on the page from Work with UDOs (P98220U) or when accessing the page using the Row Exit to Preview.  When trying to open the 'Home by...' E1 pages below, the system displays the following error message:

Home By Option - Error E1PAGE (E1P_1608020018JDE_44H) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO.
Home By Status - Error E1PAGE (E1P_1608020019JDE_44H) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO.
Home By Trade  - Error E1PAGE (E1P_1608020020JDE_44H) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO.

The error can also be produced by attempting to Fast Path to P44H711X.  When this is attempted, Error E1PAGE (E1P_1608020018JDE_44H) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO is generated.

 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Fast path to P44H711X
2. Receive error: "E1PAGE (E1P_1608020018JDE_44H) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO"

Alternate method to reproduce:
1. Fast Path to P98220U.
2. Enter 44H in the Product Code QBE column to display UDOs defined for Product Code 44H.
3. Select Home by Option, Home By Status or Home By Trade and use Row Exit to "Preview".
4. Results in Error E1PAGE (E1P_160802001xxJDE_44H) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO. (xx = 18, 19 or 20 depending on which UDO was being accessed.)
