E1: ORCH: B98ORCH Is Unable Return The Output When Run Via Application (Doc ID 3067952.1)

Symptoms

We are running an orchestration from an application using B98ORCH from ER, it does not return the output. The same orchestration when being called from an UBE ER using B98ORCH, successfully returns an output.

Refer to the below JAS debug logs where it can be seen that the call to the orchestration was asynchronous when run via application:
