Symptoms

After registering WLS 14c with the Server Manager Console, the WebLogic Server status incorrectly shows as "Stopped" even though the WebLogic Admin Server is up and running.



Error Observed in e1agent_0.log is as below:

javax.naming.AuthenticationException: User failed to be authenticated. [Root exception is java.lang.SecurityException: User failed to be authenticated.]
