E1: SVM: Delete Serialized Object Functionality failure (Doc ID 3068750.1)

Symptoms

In a TR 9.2.8.3, When trying to delete for example the serialized object specs of application P01012, the specs are not deleted and error message "Delete failed for Serialized Object APP-P01012" shows up.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Server Manager Console
2. Select an HTML instance.
3. Click on Serialized Objects in Runtime Metrics section
4. Here set Type = Application and Name=P0102 and press Delete
5. Notice the error
