Symptoms
Applied related UDO package and ESU for "App User Access Tracking" pages, as per:
E1: ENV: User Access and Application Usage Tracking Functionality Available With Tools Releases 9.2.8.2 And Later (Doc ID 3020792.1)
If application query security is setup on databrowser, the pages will not render any data, showing "No data to display".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup User Access and Application Usage Tracking feature, UDO and required ESU
2. Setup Application query security for databrowser
3. Access "App User Access Tracking" (E1P_2304210003JDE) page - no data to display error
4. Access "App User Access Role Tracking" (E1P_2304270002JDE) page - no data to display error
