Symptoms
P4312 fails to receive when over-receiving a direct ship order that was created from a blanket order on the sales side leaving multiple records locked in the SQL Server database. The issue does not occur when using the Oracle database.
Replication Steps:
1) UDC. Verify SB doc type exists in UDC 40/BT.
2) P4210. Enter a blanket order for using a D line type for a quantity of 50000.
3) P420111. Set processing option to call the direct ship version of P4210. Release 10000.
4) P4312. Over receive the quantity for the direct ship.
After a few seconds the following message pops up. Your current request is being processed. This page will refresh every 5 seconds until your request has finished processing. Check the call object kernel on the enterprise server and is still active. Check the SQL Server database and multiple records are locked. Review the logs and the following error is seen after a DELETE to the F42216WF by DeletePendingReleaseBlanketWF from F4211FSEndDoc and the thread the process was executing on just stops.
