Symptoms

The Customer has many sales orders, but the CSS Customer Alerts (P42S08) program under Order Alerts shows the Items Shipped (Past 365 days) is Zero items shipped?

Steps to Reproduce:

Sign in as a JDE user.

In Sales Inquiry (P42101) enter the Customer Sold To Address and click Find.

Many Orders are returned to the screen.

Sign in as the Customer into the CSS Portal and check the Order Alerts to display a count of all Items Shipped in the past 365 days.

There are 0 items shipped.
