Symptoms

Reversing partially completed Work Order Completions (P31114), for an item setup with Work Order Receipt Route Records (P43250), creates incorrect receipt route records and incorrect receipt route ledger records.

Steps:

1.P4101/P41026 – Setup a manufacturing item.
2.P48013 – Create a work order for 5000 quantities.
3.P31114 – Setup processing option to enable receipt route.
4.P31114 – Partially complete orders for 1000, 1000, 1000, 1000 and 10000 quantities. 10000 is entered as wrong quantities and need to be reversed.
5.P43250 – Review receipt route and observe there are 5 records.
6.P43252 – Review ledger and observe there are 5 records.
7.P43250 – Move the 10000 quantities to stock to complete the transaction and move it to inventory.
8.P43252 – Review ledger and observe there are 6 records.
9.P4111 – Item ledger shows 10000 quantities completed.
10.P31114 – Reverse work order completions for negative 10000 quantities.
11.P43250 – Review receipt route. A consolidated record got created.
12.P43252 – Review ledger and observe incorrect records got created.
