Symptoms

When an Equipment WO P17714 Parts List P17730 has one component,  Error ID 4522 Status Not in Status Flow disappears when Issue QTY QNTOW is changed

 
Steps
1. Create P4826 Rules
2. Create WO P17714 add one part to parts list
3. P31113 set WO processing option to a status not in the P4826 flow
4. Issue P31113 Tab Down
5. Notice error is generated
6. Change QTY Tab Down
7. Notice Error Status Not in Status Flow is removed
