Goal

If a business cannot apply the latest Vertex update for a state (ie. Oregon 2025 tax rates), the new increase will not be calculated/withheld for the correct amount during payroll until in place. Is there a way to correct this shortfall is tax for all employees in batch or other program for payroll?
