E1: 77Y: After Installing ESU JN21213 Boxes 66 & 67 Are Still Incorrectly Doubling and Tripling (Doc ID 3070770.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 07, 2025

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Canadian Payroll - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After ESU JN21213 is installed, most boxes are now reporting the correct amount, but Box 67 still incorrectly doubles, triples or even quadruples, depending on the number of pay types.

Steps to reproduce:
1. From P77100 go to Form exit and ADD special handling for Box 66 for a Pay Type and Box 67 with two different Pay Types.
2. Run payroll for the employee with the corresponding Pay Type to generate history.
3. From P77100 add a new YE ID with data selection for an employee with pay Type history for the corresponding Pay Types for the Box 66 & 67.
4. From P77100 submit the T4.
Review the form, note the Special handling Boxes show the wrong amounts.
