E1: 45: Check Price and Availability (P4074) Increments Shipments Next Number (F0002) With Each New Inquiry

Symptoms
Each time a user inquires on a different Address Number, Ship to Number and Item in Check Price and Availability (P4074), the system will increment the Shipments Next Number in the Next Number table (field N008, table F0002).
Steps:
1. Inquire on Next Number, system 42 (P0002).
2. Note the Shipments Next Number value.
3. Go to Check Price and Availability (P4074); inquire on a Customer Number, Ship to and Item Number where an Advanced Pricing Schedule and Adjustment exist and click find.
4. Change the Address Number, Ship to and Item Number; click find again.
5. Re-inquire on Next Number, system 42. Notice that the system incremented the Shipments Next Number value.
