Symptoms

When submitting a UBE using Tidal scheduler (which internally uses RUNUBEXML), the logging settings configured in P98617 (Work With Default Report Logging Options) are not applied.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure logging settings for a UBE in P98617.
2. Submit the UBE using the Tidal scheduler.
3. Review the debug logs and observe that the logging settings from P98617 are ignored.
