Symptoms

When a user tries to checkout any object in OMW (Object Management Workbench), the "Yes" button is disabled.


Steps to replicate:
--------------------

  1. Login to JDE Development Client.
  2. Open OMW, select the project at correct status 21.
  3. Select the object to check-out.
  4. Click the check-out button.
  5. Confirm the Yes button is disabled in the "Overwrite/Delete Specs" window ("This operation will overwrite local specifications. Do you wish to proceed?")
