Symptoms
After Stateless Load Balancing has been enabled among several AIS servers running on Weblogic, which are also running behind a load balancer, the Rest API requests are working fine and no issues have been reported.
However, users attempting to connect login on Orchestrator Studio are presented with "Your session is no longer valid. Click OK to log in again." message as noted below:
When using the direct URL to connect on Orchestrator Studio, no issue is encountered.
Steps to replicate:
1. From any web browser, access the Orchestrator Studio URL
2. Fill in the username and the password and then click on "Sign In" button.
3. After the authentication completes, the users are presented the "Your session is no longer valid. Click OK to log in again." message.
Changes
AIS Servers have been moved behind a load balancer and stateless load balancing was also enabled.
