Symptoms

9.2.9.1 One-Click Provisioning (OCP) Installation Fails on Windows Enterprise Server Configuration Steps - Configure INI. The ENT_Server_debug log contains the following error message

Steps to Replicate

Install the Windows Provisioning Console Server.
Install Oracle 19c Database and configure it as mentioned in the OCP Install Guide.
Configure the Enterprise Server as per the instructions in the OCP Install Guide.
Configure the EnterpriseOne Web Server following the OCP Install Guide.
Add the above servers to OCP Orchestration.
Click on the Deploy button.
