E1: ORCH: App Stack Error on G/L Distribution Form When Running Orchestration with Form Request on Application P03B11Z1 (Doc ID 3074464.1)

Symptoms

Using Process Recorder, recorded a Form Request entering data into P03B11Z1 ZJDE0001 and when user runs the orchestration in Orchestrator Studio, the following App Stack Exception error is received:


Steps Recorded by Process Recorder:

  1. Run P03B11Z1 ZJDE0001.
  2. On Work With Batch Invoices form (W03B11Z1C), click Add.
  3. Invoice Entry - Batch Invoices form (W03B11Z1D) is launched.
  4. Enter data (e.g. Form fields: Customer, Company, Invoice Date, G/L Date.  Grid fields: Gross Amount, Reference), and select OK.
  5. GL Distribution - Batch Invoices form (W03B11Z1B) is launched.
  6. In the grid, enter a valid Account Number, and click OK.
  7. On Invoice Entry - Batch Invoices form (W03B11Z1D), click Cancel.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. On HTML web client, record a process for P03B11Z1 using above steps.
  2. In Orchestrator Studio, create an Orchestration on the Form Request created.
  3. Run Orchestratiion.
  4. Receives App Stack Error above.
