E1: OVR: Version 7.6 Oracle Analytics Server Components Folder Is Missing (Doc ID 3075269.1)

Symptoms

The OVR install on Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) version 7.6 lacks the Components folder.
This absence prevents the addition of boilerplates (OAP templates).
The issue is observed on a E1 Tools Release 9.2.9.1, Oracle WebLogic 12.2.1.4, using OAS 7.6 for use with OVR.

Changes

The current version of OAS (7.6) does not include the Components folder.
The exclusion of this folder was a change made prior to the release of version 7.0.
