E1: 44H: Option Cost Detail (P44H401 | W44H401C) Shows Incorrect Estimated Costs for Options That Are Bid-Based

Symptoms
Option Cost Detail (P44H401, W44H401C) is showing incorrect estimated costs for options that are bid-based.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Set up an option in the Option Master P44H401 with a specific community, but wildcard (+) in the phase/plan/elev. Set gross profit percentage to .5000
2. Set up bids in P44H601. Note: there is only ONE bid line that is applicable for this area/community/option, but there are many bids that are either expired and/or for other communities within the same area for this option.
The one bid that is actually applicable has a price of $1,015.
3. Navigate to Option Master P44H401|W44H401D.
4. Search for the option.
5. Row > Option Cost Detail (P44H401, form W44H401C).
6. Enter an effective date
7. Click Find
8. Notice the correct amount from step 2, $1,015 is shown in the grid, however, the Estimated Cost on the top part of the form shows $42,630, which is 42 times the correct amount.
This result is incorrect, and provides an incorrect suggested sales price.
