Symptoms
On the Quebec RL-1 year end form, boxes required to report CPP and CPP2 contributions and pensionable earnings are not populated.
STEPS:
- Process the year end workfile build, P77100, for a Quebec employee who contributed to CPP/CPP2 during the year.
- Review the Quebec year end form, RL-1.
- Verify there is no CPP / CPP2 contribution information or pensionable earnings reported in boxes B-1, B-2 or G-2.
