Symptoms
When the UBE is submitted on the server, it fails to print the Thai fonts successfully. However, when it is submitted locally, the Thai fonts were getting printed as expected.
Error captured in the UBE logs,
Step 1: In report design aid for this report, change the font to “Leelawadee UI”. (Arial Unicode MS (ARIALUNI.TTF) supports Thai language)
Step 2: Set the static text with “Thai text” e.g. : ชื่อผู้รับเงินได้พึงประเ|ิเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษีอากร
Step 3: Run the UBE locally. It’s Printing as expected.
Step 4: Deploy this report on the server and run the same.
