Symptoms
The customer has defined a Rate that uses Rate Type 5, Business Function Exit. A placeholder Business Function has been set in the Advanced exit under the Rate Definition application.
The Rate is added to a Schedule, then the user attempts to create a Route. The Rate Type 5 (mirroring the Rate setting) is set in the Route, but triggers error "069F", Invalid Rate Type.
