Symptoms

Maryland EFW2, R897869MD, RE record - Required Additional fields are missing.  Employer contact, phone number, extension, fax and email. 

Steps:

  1. Process Maryland employees in the Year End Workbench, P07810, to create W-2 information.
  2. Run EFW2 Federal, R8907865
  3. Run EFW2 state for Maryland, R897869MD.
  4. Review of the file shows missing RE fields: Employer contact, phone number, extension, fax and email.
